Agency Director
Our Agency Director manages all operational activities and directs the administrative direction of Prestigious One Source Home Care Agency LLC.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative functions in the office as it relates to day-to-day operations.
Registered Nurse Supervisor
The RN Supervisor provides assessment and reassessment of clients for personal care services. RN Supervisor also supervises the in-home care provider.
CSR Supervisor
The CSR Supervisor provides client assessments and reassessments for Companion/Sitter and Respite Care Services. CSR Supervisor also supervises Companion/Sitter and Respite Services Staff.
In-Home Aide
The In-home Aide provides hands on care to clients in their homes following the Aide Assignment Sheet/ Plan of Care written by the RN Supervisor.
Companion/Sitter
The Companion/Sitter performs non-hands on care, household tasks and provides supervision with tasks that allows the client to remain in their homes.
